What areas do you serve?

We serve the Dallas Metroplex and East Texas (Wood, Smith, Upshur & Greg counties). If you are outside those areas, we are happy to talk to you about your situation.

 

 

What are your fees for selling a property?

Fees are negotiable based on your needs and your property.   You can save thousands of dollars in real estate fees by selecting only the services that you need.

In addition to a traditional, full service listing, we also offer a flat fee, low cost basic MLS listing service. If you are willing to take on certain activities, such as showing and negotiations of your home yourself, you can save thousands.

 

 

 

 

 

What services does Piney Woods Real Estate offer?

We offer a range of services, including residential and land sales as well as property preservation, investment real estate assistance, short term rental assistance, reviewing contracts and real estate consulting. We are dedicated to helping you with all your real estate needs. We have trusted, experienced partners and contractors to meet a wide variety of real estate needs.

 

If I want to tour a home, do I have to sign a buyer representation agreement?  

Yes, in order to comply with the new National Association of Realtors guidelines, it is required for potential buyers to sign a "Touring Agreement" prior to touring a property. However, we offer a simple, straightforward agreement. You will not be obligated to use our services and there is no fee for a tour.  If you decide you would like Piney Woods Real Estate to represent you in a purchase, our fee is negotiable and is due upon the  purchase of the home.   We usually are able to negotiate for the seller to pay the fee.  (If the seller is not willing to pay the fee, you would be responsible for paying the fee, or you could focus on only looking at properties where the seller is willing to pay all Realtor fees). Our buyer fees are low so that you can be better positioned when submitting an offer.
